Influenster. The one who fills my life with awesome boxes of happy. Influenster is a free box site. You sign up, fill out your profile, connect your social media sites and answer a couple questions (called Snaps), then you're ready to go! There are several things you can do while waiting for a Vox Box invite. You can review products on Influenster, answer product questions or ask your own. You'll receive an email inviting you to take a survey to qualify for a vox box. These are usally short and quick. If you get in, you'll receive a "You're In!" email after a couple weeks/days. Then it's just an intense waiting period to receive your tracking email and your box.
I was elated to be accepted into the Frosty VoxBox; a big beautiful box full of awesome products. Fruit Vines Strawberry: I hadn't ever even heard of Fruit Vines before, but candy is candy, and WOOHOO! These little morsels of delish are amazing. I ate the entire package in one sitting...something I am not proud of, but satisfied with. Rimmel Gentle Eye Makeup Remover: I'm a typical user of makeup wipes and tend to stick with what I know doesn't burn or sting. Knowing I've had previous luck with Rimmel products, I threw caution to the wind. Not only was this makeup remover gentle, non-burning/stinging, but it removed makeup quickly and easily. Even the waterproof mascara I typically have trouble removing. Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Eyeliner: My new favorite eyeliner. This one will be hard to beat. It goes on so smooth and silky. Depending on how much pressure you apply you can go from daytime to dramatic with a single eyeliner. It gives the perfect effect to any makeup look. NYC Expert Last Lip Color in Sugar Plum: This lip color is gorgeous, even for my skin tone. It's creamy and moisturizing. Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane Lane: Mint teas can be hit and miss, some are delicious and some are just plain yuck. I tested it against my favorite mint tea. And...I'm definitely going to be changing it up. Candy Cane Lane is delicious. It gives warm, cozy sensations that just make you want to curl up with a Christmas movie. Boots No7 Protect & Perfect: This was a sample packet. What I could surmise from the small amount of product, it seemed pretty nice. However I don't really feel I can accurately judge the quality of the product based on what I tried. McCormick Gourmet All Natural Thyme: I love spices and experimenting with them! This provided the perfect opportunity for a pork roast. I threw the roast in the crockpot with some of the McCormick Gourmet All Natural Thyme and some store-brand pork seasoning and BAM! Delicious porkfection. EcoTools Sleek & Shine: This came just in time. My previous brush had just reached its end and I was looking for a new brush. At first, I wasn't super impressed. It just didn't seem to get through my hair the way my old brush did. I continued to use it, hoping that something good would come out of it. After a couple uses, the brush seemed to finally settle and went through my hair quickly and sorted out those gross knots. It leaves my hair feeling silky and shiny. I am now in love with this brush! All in all, it was a terrific box. I am so happy with everything in it. I have yet to have a box from Influenster that I hated or even a product I absolutely despised.
