Searching and trying out pet products can be difficult and pricey. Will your dog even like those treats? Will your cat play with that mouse? There are a ton of differing pet products and each one is different, with pros and cons. How do you even begin to try them all without breaking the bank? Pet Gift Box is a subscription box made for your pet. They have boxes for both cats and dogs, so all your furchildren can feel spoiled! At $17.99 a month (including S&H), you get treats and toys delivered right to your door for your favorite furry friend. Dog boxes come in a range of size options: Petite Pup, Mid-Size Pup or Hefty Hound. Perfectly picked for your pooch's size. I came across this box whilst swimming through the vast depths of subscription wonderland and thought to myself "I've never even heard of this box". I searched and found few videos or blogs on it, but every one I saw seemed pretty promising. I was in! I picked the Petite Pup box since my two crazies are a pug and chihuahua (although the chihuahua believes she's a rottweiler at times). They ship their boxes within the first week of the month, then you just have to wait for a box of pawsome to arrive! I received my box on February 11th and was amazed at the size! It's a pretty decent sized box compared to others I had seen. The box has Pet Gift Box's name, website and social media symbols on the outside, so you know exactly where the box is coming from. The address label also doesn't just list you, it lists your pets as well! Adorable!

Upon opening, the contents were wrapped in a simple brown paper with an adorable sticker with my dogs names. Since this was the February box, the sticker said "Packed with love for Brooks & Miley XO, petgiftbox". Too cute! I didn't have much time to admire the packaging or the fact they took the time to put my pooches names on it, my dogs were far too excited to see what was inside. Somehow they just knew it was for them. They already receive an A+ on packaging, how much better could this get?
I regrettably tore the sticker (I tried so hard to save it!), and took my first peek into the Petite Pup Pet Gift Box. Here's what Brooks and Miley received!

Squeeze Bone MSRP: $6.99
My pug attempted to grab this from me immediately. It was his. He is bad to the bone, so it was only his. This adorable plush bone, with a vinyl wrapping around the center has squeakers on each end to keep the noise going for hours. My pups love squeakers (Miley is also known as Squeakmaster 5000). They both instantly fell in love with it and actually fought over it later.

Jumpin Jimmy Frog MSRP: $6.99 This little froggy will squeak to the high heavens! I was a little concerned initially because Miley tends to tear rubber items apart, but she's been very careful and just squeaks away! It feels like a tougher rubber than what we are used to, so perhaps this one will last!

"Smooch Your Pooch" Pet Squeak Toy MSRP: $6.99 A super durable ballistic nylon toy with a squeaker and soft tail. Brooks loved this one. He has a habit he's held on to since puppyhood, suckling. He loves to suckle on soft fabrics and will usually suck the tails right off of other toys. He was instantly attracted to the soft tail and took the toy away to suckle in peace. The tail is still in tact as of now. It was well attached, so we'll have to see if Brooks the Bissell can destroy this one.

Long Ears Tugeez MSRP: $7.99 Cute plush puppy face with long dangly ears tipped with tough plastic. Perfect for a little tug-o-war. Oh plushies. One thing that never lasts in our home, but we are okay with that! If it's destroyed by the end, then the pups must have had some fun with it. We just pick up the pieces, say a little diddy, then give the poor plush a garbage pail funeral.

Bella Bowl MSRP: $7.99 A bowl fit for a pretty little petite princess. This Bella bowl is bacteria-resistant and dishwasher friendly. I honestly did not expect to receive such a high quality bowl. We already have bowls for each pet, but we always need extras in case one is in the wash. This bowl is adorable and the perfect size for Miley and pretty adorable too! We'll keep it as a spare for when hers is needing a good washing.

Healthy Balance Chicken Doggie Bites MSRP: $6.99 Made in the USA. The most important piece of information on the package. These treats smell fantastic, even to me. If I wasn't aware it was a dog treat, I'd probably have sneaked a bite too. They are soft, almost bread-like, with visible chunks of ingredients (veggies). These bites are super simple to break apart for my tiny pups since the have a crease in the center for this purpose! Brooks and Miley loved these bites. I gave them each a half during the unboxing and they were begging for more. Even when I went to photograph the bag and the treat they practically lost it! If I'd seen these in the store, I would've likely walked away without even thinking about them. They just don't look like anything my dogs would enjoy, but I would only have been disappointing my pooches! We'll have to use these sparingly until we can find them and pick up a stock.

BONUS ITEM: Purely Natural Jerky Treats MSRP: $7.99 I'm usually very careful with jerky treats to ensure they are USA-made because of constant reports of illness with foreign jerky treats. These Purely Natural Jerky treats are made in the US! I've never seen these at the pet stores (I'm pretty sure I'd remember the adorable puppy), but even if I had, I'd probably have skipped over them since every jerky treat I've ever seen has foreign meats. My dogs love these. They've never had jerky treats before, so it was a true treat for them. Miley even rolled over for hers! And Brooks just tried stealing the whole bag, haha.
And that is our February Pet Gift Box! I am absolutely impressed. The box itself costs $17.99, but the value of this particular box was $56.92 (including the $4.99 S&H). Now I did receive this box free for review, but with no doubt in my mind, I would have paid for it and would definitely subscribe. The quality and value is amazing. We've only had one other dog box before and this box put it to shame. My dogs loved every single item in the box and I felt comfortable giving them every item. I couldn't have asked for a better box. If you want to spoil your pet with a monthly box of fantastic toys and treats, Pet Gift Box is definitely worth your dollar. It far surpasses anything I could have expected.
