I was sick of buying small singular eye shadows and lippies at Walgreens and Target, so on a whim I purchased 3 BH Cosmetics pallettes. I knew nothing of BH Cosmetics or the content and quality of their makeup, but it was a good price and shipping was quick. It arrived fast; within about a week, which is fast considering it had to travel halfway across the country. Packaging was fantastic; tight, with a lot of packing material to make sure the shadows didn't break in transit. The pallettes themselves were a sleek black (although after lots of use, they've seen better days) and have an easy to open snaps. They were small and compact, for easy storing.

My first indulgence was the 66 Color Lip Pallette. I never thought I'd own so many various lip colors, especially colors like green, blue and bright pink. Such a huge color selection immediately sent me into a lip color fashion show. The colors are bright and brilliant, and will show well on any skin tone. A little can go a long way, the more you apply the more brilliant the color. The only down side I found is they wear off pretty easily if you don't use a lip primer first. A couple colors tend to be a bit sticky, which is a real turn off. Over all, it's a brilliant and easy to use pallette with options for every style and outfit. I highly recommend using a lip primer to ensure long lasting color, without it don't expect it to last longer than an hour or two.
Oh, my second goody! The 88 Color Shimmer Eye Shadow Pallette. A brilliant and awesome

purchase on my part. 88 wonderful, beautiful colors to play with and match from shirt to sock. This pallette has such a terrific variety of colors, I began to wonder how I would use them all. The colors in the Shimmer Pallette are actually really pigmented compared to other shimmer shadows. Add some primer and it's an even more brilliant color. They are soft and non-clumping. Using a primer makes the shadow brilliant and last all day long, no melting and clumping! Without the primer, the shadow was subtle, perfect for a every day look. It still lasted all day long and didn't clump! It applied evenly to the lid and, depending on how bright you wanted your color, didn't require a lot of product. It's an awesome pallette and I am truly in love with shimmer shadows now!

And last, but not least, the favorite of my three splurges: the 88 Color Matte Eye Shadow Pallette. I've always been more of a matte girl. I just like how sleek and professional it looks. With this many colors, I could even have a professional makeup look in my pajamas. So many colors, so little outfit choices. I was beginning to think I might have to start buying outfits to match the eye shadow colors instead of the other way around. The colors in this pallette are super pigmented, and as usual, even more so with a primer. They blend and apply easily and wear all day without wear or clumping. There are so many colors it is simple two pick two or three to blend and create a new look every day. With so many choices, I'll never have the same look twice! I love, love, love this pallette and highly recommend it for anyone from professional artists to first time users.
Of all the makeup I've ever bought, these are my favorites. I have so many choices, it's hard to decide what to use each day. But with each day, I am able to develop a new look based on my outfit, attitude and the event! Whether it's a wedding, a night out or a meeting, I have a color for every occasion. The pallettes are super affordable and BH Cosmetics constantly has deals on their products. I was able to purchase all three pallettes for under $40. They are amazing quality (and quantity) and even with my sensitive skin, I haven't experienced a single reaction. These would make perfect gifts for the makeup guru in your life whether they are a seasoned beauty veteran or a tween/teen just starting their journey.
